Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of the hosting.dalang.io panel and the managed hosting services ordered through it.

Panel accounts are not created here: sign-up and login are delegated to dalang.io (SSO), so the panel does not store your password.

1Pricing, tax, and balance

All prices come from the Dalang.io billing service; the panel never computes prices itself.
VAT is 11% below Rp 250,000,000 and 12% at or above it, computed by truncation.
At payment time your balance is compared against the gross amount (net + VAT); payment fails if the balance is short.
Purchases and renewals are debited from your balance. You top up the balance through the Top up page (Xendit).

Each service has an active term (expired_at). Reminders are sent 30, 7, and 1 day before it ends.
Automatic renewal charging is attempted at most 3 times, one attempt per reminder window.
If the term lapses and renewal is unpaid, the account is suspended — the service is stopped, but your data is not deleted.
The grace period before automatic suspension is 3 days.
After payment succeeds, the account is turned back on automatically by the panel's background loop; the exact timing has not been measured with a wall clock.
The minimum renewal is 12 months per period.

Suspension for unpaid renewal does not delete data: paying restores the account.
Customers suspended for abuse are not entitled to a refund.
The full acceptable-use policy (AUP) is still a draft and has not been published.

The reliability figures we publish — site and panel uptime, RPO, RTO, and the weekly 02:00–04:00 WIB maintenance window — appear on the Pricing page.
We do not promise 100% uptime.
Support response targets are targets, not a paid SLA: there are no credits or penalties if a target is missed.

Refunds are not automatic: the panel opens a ticket and the finance team decides.
The triggers and their limits are detailed on the Refund Policy page.

Material changes will be notified to the email of active accounts.
The service is operated by a Dalang.io entity; the entity list and registered addresses are on the dalang.io Legal page.
The jurisdiction and governing law are not yet established.
