How is the price calculated?
The plan's monthly price times the number of months, minus the period discount if any (24 and 36 months), plus tax. The total is shown on this page and again before you pay.
Is uptime guaranteed?
Yes, exactly as written here — 99.0% site, 99.5% panel.
Why pick a longer period?
24- and 36-month periods get an automatic discount (the amount is shown on each period option), and you renew less often. On the Bisnis, App, or Pro plan, a period of exactly 12 months comes with a free .ai.id domain for one year. The shortest period sold is 6 months.
Do prices go up at renewal?
The catalogue price applies to renewals; purchase promos do not carry over. If a rate changes, you are told before the due date.
What does the domain cost after the free year?
Domain renewal is paid at the TLD retail rate; the figure is on the domain purchase page and comes from the official quote.
Are there usage limits?
Yes, and they are written in the table: disk, CPU, RAM, domains, and databases. Quotas are limits, not reservations; normal usage sits well below them.
What if I need more than 2 years?
A purchase shows 6, 12, 24, and 36 months; the period discount applies automatically and is shown in the table.
When is maintenance, and what does it do to my site?
A weekly window 02:00–04:00 WIB, announced at least 7 days ahead; customer sites keep being served while the panel is under maintenance.
What if I am moving from another provider?
Not decided yet. We do not promise site import or migration as a public service until the flow is decided and written down — so this page does not list “free migration”.
If I change my mind, can I get a refund?
You can ask, and we review it by hand: open a support ticket and tell us the service and the reason. A refund is only for a service we failed to deliver — a period you have already used is not refunded — and the money is returned manually and only if it is approved. There is no automatic money-back guarantee and no fixed number of days, so we do not advertise one.
